I see peoples’ lives is as a movie played at shutter speed. Each and every moment a crystallized image of waves and particles—energy—playing out like paint on a canvas, only far more intricate and beautiful. I try to remember this always, whether happy or sad, wet or dry, only I have power over my enjoyment of life; I must take responsibility for it. By remembering that this moment is always beautiful and transitory—it has already past—one can get on with living, being the youist you you can; be a unique and interesting splodge on the canvas of existence.
