// We all play games//
The Priest play his game of insuring heaven, the soldier plays his game of fighting for what he holds dear, the bookshop owner play their game. What we mustn’t forget is that these are just game; every choice we make in life is essentially choosing to apply certain rules to our game. This is not to say life isn’t serious: the Grandmaster takes chess seriously, the runner running. In this way we may choice to live seriously. So if life is a game, an illusion that we all play, what is reality? Reality is you reading this right now, hearing what you hear, feeling what you feel, being who you are. Having awareness of the ‘you’ - what you are right this second - is the key to finding peace; once you realise the rest is all a game you can find happiness in anything.
